How Pre-Orders Work

A pre-order is a reservation for a product that has not yet been released or is not currently available for immediate shipment. By placing a pre-order with Hyper Cartel, you reserve your item in advance, and we will ship it as soon as inventory becomes available.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed. This guarantees your reservation and secures your position in the fulfillment queue once inventory is received.

Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped after they arrive at our fulfillment facility and have been processed for shipment. Shipping timelines may vary depending on supplier schedules, manufacturer delays, and product availability.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Release Date Changes

Manufacturers and distributors may occasionally change release dates. These delays are outside the control of Hyper Cartel. We appreciate your patience and will communicate any significant updates whenever possible.

Product Allocations

In rare circumstances, distributors may reduce the quantity of products allocated to retailers. If this occurs, orders will be fulfilled based on the order date and time received.

Should we be unable to fulfill your pre-order due to allocation shortages, you will be notified promptly and provided with a full refund.

Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel a pre-order should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may not be accepted once an order has entered processing or preparation for shipment.
